kuzzi Report post Posted June 28, 2013 TICs are very useful at finding cars that get hit or thrown off the roadway into high grass or wooded areas on MVIs at night. Also very useful at finding drunk drivers who run on foot from incidents lying down and hiding/passed out in fields/wooded areas.
