need to give my car some love

I know I've been complaining about my mpg, which hopefully is just my learning curve. But I need to say that I absolutely LOVE this car in every other way!!!!..the adaptive cruise control is awesome, the parking aides, cross traffic alert auto high beams, the voice nav, sound system (I could go on) are wonderful. I've never had a car that I love like this one. I love the ruby red color and wouldn't have any other color. So, I just wanted to show some love!!

That's awesome!! I'm now (I think) inside the 4 week window for delivery of mine my wife's. Your only mistake in my eyes was not getting the Bordeaux Reserve ;-).

Glad you love the car. With time the MPGs will go up. I was a bit disappointed our first few months in the fuel economy. But now I am ecstatic. Even if there is no break in period for engines anymore, as some claim, there is still a break in period for tires. Once the car crossed 3000 miles on the tires we saw a noticeable improvement. Starting around 1000 miles and continuing up from there. By now at 10,000 miles I think we're seeing peak efficiency of what the car is capable of doing. Last tank was 53.5 MPG including a few hundred miles of 65 MPH highway driving

I remember those rants. They were nearly on par with mine, but man the moment yours hit the 40 mark in cold weather I was like WOW! Glad you are liking it too! Loving mine! Makes me wonder, did I really have that other one, or was it just a bad dream.
