I put down a decent down payment and my monthly bill is low. So if they just cover that, it wouldn't cover the costs of owning the car. What about gas? You're using more gas now because you're driving a less efficient car.

hybridbear Report post Posted June 29, 2013 I would start the lemon law process. You can tell the dealer that you're going to file a lemon law claim and would like Ford to buy your car back. Ford should have no problem doing that at this point after you've been without it for so many days. Hope it works out for you!!
Da0ne Report post Posted June 29, 2013 thats what i plan to do once i get the call from them i will tell them i will start that process and want them to buy the car back
aaronj1159 Report post Posted July 11, 2013 My car is in the shop today for the popping noise fix, shift knob, and a few minor issues with trim pieces and headliners. They gave me a 2012 Taurus in Ginger Ale. Man I don't like that color very much and the car feels like a tank.

aaronj1159 Report post Posted July 12, 2013 Well now we've switched spots. My car is only in there for the popping noise, shift knob, headliner issues, and a trim piece that fits wrong, yet I won't get it back until Monday. Gave it to them Thursday. More time with the big ugly Taurus that actually RUNS when you stop at a light. Such a weird sensation now. 1 acdii reacted to this

acdii Report post Posted July 15, 2013 Taurus that actually RUNS when you stop at a light. Such a weird sensation now. One time when I had a Focus as a loaner, we came to a stop and I said, why is the engine running? My wife looked at me, then I realized, Oh RIGHT thats a GOOD thing! 1 corncobs reacted to this
