acdii Report post Posted May 21, 2013 Other than the obvious, Push Button Start, Sony system, Ambient Lighting, and LED tail lights on the trunk. What else has anyone noticed? What I saw when I sat in a non Hy, was the seats are a bit firmer, different leather pattern(dont know if different leather), and my wife commented that she felt like she wasnt sitting in a hole like in the SE. Has anyone else done a side by side comparison between them?
neod192 Report post Posted May 21, 2013 The exterior plastic trim (around the fog lamps) is shiny black and the Ti has keyless access. Mine also have the climate option in the small 4" screen - not sure if that's a Ti only feature or not. And don't forget the wheels!
fusionTX Report post Posted May 21, 2013 I think you feel like you're sitting in a hole in either one.Seats are firm and have good support, but I have yet to find my perfect position. I need an ergonomic guru to set it up for me.
acdii Report post Posted May 22, 2013 SE didnt have the Climate on the dash, so thats another plus. I have that in the Flex. Do you still have the goofy leaves? The ones in the SE were dead.
Riggo Report post Posted May 22, 2013 (edited) Do the SE's have the approach lights under the mirrors? I forget what their exact name is, it lights up the ground area under the side door mirrors for when you walk up to the car in the dark. Lights under the mirrors used to be called "Puddle Lights"? and my SE has them. 1 corncobs reacted to this

HenryVIII Report post Posted May 22, 2013 (edited) I'm certain that the HyTi's have leather bolstered seats that are unique to the Titanium Trim model. Add in the gloss black painted fog light bezels and lower grill that are Titanium specific. Why they failed to put aluminum pedals in the HyTi and energi models I don't know. Edit: Of course there's the interior trim differences to note as well. Edited May 22, 2013 by HenryVIII
acdii Report post Posted May 22, 2013 I saw the pedals, and didnt really care one way or the other, you really only see them getting in the car, the rest of the time they are under your foot. Eagerly waiting on the arrival of Betty's Child.

acdii Report post Posted May 22, 2013 Mine was entertaining for a little while, then got depressing as the tree was dead in the end. A leaf would form, get big, then shrivel up and fall off. This went on for a while until eventually no more leaves, just an ugly dead black stick.
hybridbear Report post Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) So, in summary, the Ti has:ambient lightingSony audio/HD radioLED tail lightspush-button start/intelligent accessclimate on the right dash screendifferent leather seatsnet on glove box doorfabric covered glove box shelfchrome accents on door handlesaluminum door sill platesaluminum pedals (2014 only)The exterior plastic is shiny black for any FFH SE that has Adaptive Cruise Control, I'm not sure if it's standard on all HyTi cars. For 2014/2015 models the cost difference from SE to Titanium is $1800 for these features. Push-button start is available for $520, so that is one part of the cost. jeffo65 Report post Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) The SE Luxury seats are a LOT more comfortable than the Ti seats.I found the SE Luxury seats to be uncomfortable compared to the Sport SE seats. They hit me wrong in the hips. Edited August 31, 2014 by jeffo65
Riggo Report post Posted August 31, 2014 (edited) The SE Luxury seats are a LOT more comfortable than the Ti seats.I disagree. At least with the hyti heated and cooled seats. Those seats look like the regular hyti seats but have significantly more padding. Edited August 31, 2014 by Riggo

Are there any chrome accents on the inside anywhere? Does the HyTi have the special door sill plates?
