It strikes me that in some other pictures there has been a cover over this and that this topic was discussed in another thread where it didn't fit the topic but I cannot find those posts now so I wanted to start this thread. neod192 Report post Posted May 1, 2013 I'm pretty sure it looks like that because you don't have all the driver assist electronics on the windshield. Maybe someone with the same options as you can verify. I have the lane assist with the camera, automatic wipers, etc so I have a large area for electronics with a cover on them.
