He believes the wiring has changed since the instructions were printed....... My next step after today is getting ford involved...........Send a PM to Rachel, she's our Ford Rep on this Forum. Explained to hook it up to the dome light circuit...... it works correctly this time, and all is well...... Seems they had it hocked to the instrument panel lights..... I had them price match other dealers so I got the sills for 150+ 80 for the install so it will be 230 plus tax. I am going to have to take a look at whats on the blueovalforums as I didn't even bother looking for any other forums sites. When I get them installed next month, I will post a picture here. thrasher086 Report post Posted September 22, 2015 So I finally got my car back from service for the door sills. It took them 5 days due to they forgot to order them when I made an appointment a month ago. They had other work to do and I had a loaner so no complaints. I tried my best to take a picture but it's hard to really see the teal color. The illuminated ones have more of a shine to them than the regular ones. No issue with the mechanic hooking it up wrong as they only go on for the door. I was able to tell they connected it right since the plastic was a little popped out where the moonroof buttons and sunglasses holder are. Just need a good push to go back into place.
