okaydave Report post Posted March 5, 2013 My dealer gave me a price to order a ffh and ffh ti. The ffh had a MSRP if 31785 that had luxury, tech and sunroof. My price was quoted at 29485. That foes not include rebates taxes and fees. The ffh ti has the sunroof. MSRP was 33890. My price is 31582 before rebates taxes and fees. I am ready to pull the trigger, but which one??? They also said 8-10 weeks. how are my quoted prices and which one should I get?
jeff_h Report post Posted March 5, 2013 That looks very similar to what I was offered, options varied slightly, but your difference of $2,097 is similar to my difference of $1,951. I ordered both and went with the SE since the Titanium build was nowhere in sight, saved the $1,951 and happy that I went this way, I did want the push-button start but didn't much like the 18" wheels on the Titanium. 1 B25Nut reacted to this
rjent Report post Posted March 5, 2013 Go with the Titanium. I think there is enough difference that the Ti will be worth the difference. I just ordered a Ti yesterday, for about the same price. I wanted the push button start no compromise. It may not be important to you. I also think that there are other difference that don't show that will make the Ti a better car. My experience is that there are huge differences between the mid and top of the line. Like in an XLT and an Eddie Bauer. If you can afford it, take the Eddie Bauer every time. My advice, since you are ordering both, order the Ti. JMHO
okaydave Report post Posted March 5, 2013 Anyone upgrade the floor mats? I have not seen them yet.
jeff_h Report post Posted March 5, 2013 Anyone upgrade the floor mats? I have not seen them yet. DON'T DO IT!!! I ordered both the all-weather and the 'premium' mats, neither set has adequate coverage for the driver's area. Do a search on this forum for floor mats, I've posted pics somewhere and so have several others.... you are probably better off getting the WeatherTech or Husky mats, which are also discussed a few places here as well. acdii Report post Posted March 5, 2013 Second the dont do it, I picked up a fill set of Husky liners yesterday, they cover a LOT. They cover more than the Weathertecs. Either brand though are far better than factory. IF ordering, go for the Ti, better stereo, push button start, fob free entry(no buttons to push on the remote), ambient lighting, and a few other extras you just cant get in the SE. 1 laval2031 reacted to this
jeff_h Report post Posted March 5, 2013 But then acdii doesn't need floor mats, he has a collection of those paper liners they provide at the service dept. 4 JSKershaw, GrySql, acdii and 1 other reacted to this

B25Nut Report post Posted March 6, 2013 I really love my SE, but if the wait is the same, go for the Titanium. See if you can negotiate getting the SE's 18" Luxury wheels with it. Then you would have the almost perfect FFH (since you wouldn't have the Dune interior).

If coverage isn't adequate on the All weather mats, I'll need to cancel them as well. I will check out the other manufacturers that you recommended. Thanks. Once you've had that you never want to go back.
okaydave Report post Posted March 9, 2013 Thanks for all of everyones help. Today, I ordered....the Ti. Sterling Gray with a sunroof. He was able to give me the 500 and 750 rebate. Retail was 33890 and got it for, before rebates, 31538. I am really looking forward to the push button start! It has a priority 11, so who know when it will be delivered. Thanks again!
