acdii Report post Posted February 19, 2013 The other day I plugged my iPhone in, and no power. That seemed weird, no USB showed up either. Plugged my flash drive in, nothing. I was about to schedule a time to have it looked at and thought, maybe it needs a 3 finger salute, after all it does say Microsoft on it! Dug out the trusty Owners Manual, and found the fuse. # 13 on the panel. If you never looked for the fuse panel, beware, they buried it well. It is under the dash to the left of the steering column. If you play twister a lot, then you should no problem getting up under there to access the fuses, but if not, I found taking the lower panel off makes it much easier as you ca then look at the panel from above instead of trying to do it from underneath. I pulled #13 out, turned the ignition on and verified the Sync was offline, then shut the car off, and put the fuse back in. Voila, USB is working again. So if your USB stops working, give it a shot.
