hermans Report post Posted February 2, 2013 It's cold where I live. I bought a 6 month car wash package and can get my car washed every day of the week if I want to.

hermans Report post Posted February 9, 2013 If you lived here in the Northeast you would probably change your mind. :) I get mine washed at least twice a week. Unlimited car washes are a good thing.

I only drive through one if really needed... there's a quick $3 drive-thru in town and it was high of 30 degrees last Saturday so the hose outside was frozen, couldn't wash it myself. 1 coach81 reacted to this

acdii Report post Posted February 12, 2013 Looks like your real numbers and actual are showing about the same gap mine does, but at least your numbers are where they should be!
djminfll Report post Posted March 20, 2013 I got sucked into getting the whole car 'sealed' inside and out, before I picked it up. Came with a 5 year warranty and a fancy certificate, woo boy.My brother had it done to his '09 VW TDI when he bought it new and swears by it, so I was influenced to spend the $. So far, it is pretty slippery, water beads and rolls off - easy to just hose off and wipe dry. It's a new concept to me, the test is time.I did the same thing, got the interior/exterior sealant done at the dealership before picking up the car. The certificate is good for $500 on the trade-in when the time comes (which pretty much covers the price of getting it done). The dealer specifically told me to establish a trade in price, and then present the certificate and $500 will be added to the trade. But more important, the exterior and interior are protected and guaranteed. I've washed mine twice so far, and the water beads up, the shine is magnificent, and you can see yourself in the hood. I know not everyone is in favor of it, but I'm glad I had it done.
