What you can expect in a 2010 FFH this time of year

A variance in what the dash reports and what you really get. Filled my tank today, and it was 17*. I think because of it I was able to add at least an extra half gallon which skews the records a bit. I have had a few good readings, 38-40 on a few trips and some barely touching 34. If I drive it carefully I can get in the upper 30's, but short trips kill it quickly.

 

So when I filled today, only 33.5 MPG :( that 1/2 gallon is right about 34.6 where the dash says it is at. Oh well, no complaints, its expected this time of year, and going over last years records, its right bout the same.

My 2 miles to the grocery make ~20 mpg outbound. Comming home on the charged HVbatt yield 45.

Temps have been in the 40-50 range for quite a while.
