Well, I'll have to say the car just keeps on amazing me, what LITTLE I get to see of it.

The wife came home last night and said ," guess what , I got 52 MPG today. I believe it ( because she's my Wife, LoL ) but was unable to prove it as it was raining outside so I couldn't take a Pic. but the next time I'll see if I can grab a Pic of it showing 52 MPG. We have about 1325 miles on it + or - . She said, " I think that trip we took around the Big Lake must have broken it in really good".

We are now equal with what the Salesman did on MPG on our original Test drive where he showed me He could get 52 MPG on this car. In one of my early post I made reference to that. Now the only thing left is to get the Nav. Sys. to find someplace we want to go and plot the course to get there instead of NOT FOUND, then I really will like this car. Right now it's like a Cat, I'm kinda warming up to it but it's taking it's own sweet time about it. Dogs are all over you right off the get go. :happy feet: :) .

Just reached 2100 miles today. I see some minor improvements in my already good fuel economy. It'll be better once the SW Virginia weather decides to make up its mind. Drove through a snowstorm yesterday on the way home from work after 45 degree temperatures on the way there. And now it's almost 55 degrees.

8200 and change and holding. Hopefully by the time the replacement arrives it will still be under 10K.

We just turned 8200 miles today. Our Lifetime shows 41.9 and Fuelly shows 41.9. I'm very happy with 41.9 in winter weather. I know that we'll see 50+ MPG once it warms up. Looking out the window now it's 34 degrees and snowing heavily here. This is ridiculous!! It's April already!! No more snow!! It's killing my gas mileage

I read on blue oval forums that there is a TSB related to the GPS which may help your issue. I dont have nav but i used the sync direction function a couple times where it couldnt find me and i was not in the middle of nowhere.

Wow, its going to be 64 here tomorrow, and rain, Yuck. Supposed to rain all into next week, which sucks worse than snow because the ground is still mostly frozen, so the water has no where to go but into my house! Getting what you get in the winter is on target too. Right around 10% cold losses, so yeah, come warmer weather, 50 should be a cake walk. Wait until you hit 40K it gets even better(provided it follows the same path the 2010 does), then again it could just be that my tires are almost worn out.

Love it so far! I'll start a new thread with pics and impressions in a few days after I figure out how it works :)

8 miles? Sounds like the dealer was enjoying it a bit too! :) That would explain the EV+. Fairly certain EV+ learns by GPS and key on/off cycles.

Hey that makes you the First here with a HyTi! Double congrats!

Filled up tank today with a trip 1 computed mileage of 45.9 mpg. That was a total miles of 1040 and total gallons of gas used at 23.7. This calculates to 43.9 true mpg. This is apparently typical of Ford's trying to show their vehicles as better than they really are. My 2011 Fusion gas was the same. Always off by 2 mpg. My other car, a 2006 Honda Accord's computer always matches manually calculated. The Fusion Hybrid gets good mileage but not as advertised. I drive like an old man to get good mileage since I am one!

The 2010 is much closer to actual than the 13 is. I noticed between 1-3 MPG difference as well as up to 1/2 mile difference. I drove the same roads every day, and know its exactly 34.4 miles. The 13 was anywhere from 33.9 to 34.7 miles each trip. Crazy.
