jeff_h Report post Posted November 11, 2012 I just went into my account at syncmyride.com - which I've had since July 2009 when I got the car. I clicked the icon for "Sync Services" and below was my notice: Sorry! SYNC Services is not available for this vehicle SYNC® Services may be unavailable if your vehicle was released before 2009, if your vehicle was purchased outside the United States or your vehicle is equipped with a navigation system. So since I have navigation on my car, I don't know if there are some sync services that are only good for three years or not.
salprint Report post Posted November 12, 2012 If you have sync in your car...you have sync....end of story...its free. Now...sync services is another story. You get sync services free for 3 years. After that, I think its a $75.00 yearly fee. If you have navigation, there really isn't a big need for sync services unless you want the safety of having an automatic 911 call if you are in an accident. I've had it on 3 of my past Ford cars, and I've used it very few times. I figure if I have the Navigation system, I really don't need it.

acdii Report post Posted April 7, 2013 I had it on my old Flex, but since I have nav, its not available on my 10, but it really only has the health report, which was bugging in my Sport, so disabled it all.
