Sigmaman Report post Posted January 29, 2011 Where did the buttons for the audio system go? Did you lose your ability to use Sync? My Fusion didn't come equipped with Sync. The buttons to the old stereo are attached to the original dash kit. When you install an aftermarket stereo you need to replace the original dash kit as well. The buttons are not needed anymore anyway. The new stereo will have them equipped.

The manufacturer is SCOSCHE. If you order thru Crutchfield this is the one they send you.
Marcus018 Report post Posted January 30, 2011 I used the ones sold on carid.com and love it. Easy to install and are laser cut to fit snug around all buttons/windows/contours. Since they overlay the stock panels it does not have any effect on how any parts of the vehicle function.

Marcus018 Report post Posted January 30, 2011 Can you post any pics of it? Pics: http://s1178.photobucket.com/albums/x377/marcus018/dash%20kit I used the 20 pcs basic kit but didn't use all the parts (has pieces for vents also but thought they would be too much). There is a full kit that will cover all pieces like light switch controls, dome light console, steering wheel accents and full radio
