As a lurker in Ford dealer lots still wary of being an early adopter, I hope your FFH experience is problem-free. It's a nifty car and I may come on board eventually, provided I have confidence that all the bugs have been worked out of it -- and also provided that my wife likes it, because she's the one who'll be primary driver. :shift:

When will you know the bugs are out? The Escape Hybrid has been out since 2004 and is very similar. At 15,000 miles/year and $3/gal. gas, I'm saving about $1000/year over my 2004 Toyota Avalon's 22 mpg. The non hybrid Fusion has been rated very well by consumer organizations. Times a-wastin. It's also a lot of FUN!!

Aptos I dont consider myself an early adopter the fusion hybrid is in its second year. Hybrids in general have been around for awhile i have always heard dont buy a car in its first model year though. If you like the style and the features not too mention the phenomenal fuel economy then i wouldnt hesitate anymore.
