Headlight LED strips

Im thinking about getting the audi style headlight led strips and was wondering what the easiest way to install them would be? I have a 2010 Fusion SE. Any help is appreciated!

Doing the same with mine..

 

I found this (attached PDF), it's for installing 'angel eyes' but it shows you the best way to get crack the headlight housing open. hope it helps... post pics when you are done!
