SEL2010,

Any interference issues with the new springs when you have 4 adults in the car?

The grill looks great.

2" lower are just too much for my taste. I would have gone with 1" only. But that's just my opinion.

None - But I haven't given the big bumps a chance. The handling is much improved and ride quality is not much different.

You would NOT want to drive that down the road by me, you would tear the bottom off that bumper for sure! There is a bridge that is in serious need of being replaced that I wont even drive my stock Sport over in fear something would get busted.

Can you get a 1" drop spring?

Eibach has a 1.4 '' & 1.6'' drop , H&R has a 1.5'' drop , and the Steeda ( on my Fusion) is a 2'' in the front and 1.75 in the rear.

I think the Eibach's might be the closest to 1 inch you can get - But, for the price (with a good mechanic) It's around 400$ total with install. Can't beat it.
