Sync Services Directions cannot find my car

Hi,

 

I tried searching for an answer to this question in the forum already, but wasn't able. Has anyone else had this problem with the Directions feature of Sync Services? I tell it where I would like to go ("Home", which is set in my syncmyride account), and it then tries to find my car. After about 3 minutes, it says it cannot find my car, and asks me to give it my location.

 

Any help/input is greatly appreciated.
