I have a question...

I have a 2009 Fusion. I would like to upgrade my touchscreen system. The on-screen buttons look antiquated and I like the feel of the new system. Any ideas how I can do it? If I do do it, how will affect my Sync? ALSO... any way to change the voices on my SYNC system?
