where is the sirius satellite box?

Does anybody know where the factory sirius satellite receiver box is located in the 09 fusion? I have looked behind the radio, under and behind both sides of the dash board, under the seats, and in the trunk, still can't find it.

I got the answer on anotjer forum, so I'll share it in case anyone else might need it. The satellite box is located behind the passenger side rear seat bolster. (The small cushion between the seat back and the door) good luck with the top clip, its a major PITA.

That top clip is a killer! Can you confirm that the top is not bolted in like the bottom is?

 

Also - do you have any advice on how to unplug the sirius power harness thing? I received a "sat fault" error, and I'm trying to see if unplugging it fix it. My deductable is $100, so I'd rather try this.

 

Man who the hell hides a satelitte radio in a bizzare back seat cushion thing!
