Sticky rubber around windows

I have owned my FFH for a week and a half now...and I love it. Except one little thing is bugging me. The beige rubber trim around the inside of the side windows is quite sticky to the touch. And if I've got slightly dirty hands and rub this sticky rubber, it discolors. It is sticky on both the driver side and passenger side. And it's rather gross.

 

Is anyone elses rubber trim around the top of the windows sticky? I'm considering calling my dealer with a big wtf is this?
