High Voltage Interlock Open Circuit A

Recommended Posts

Hey all. 2010 FFH with 243K miles. Car has been great until only very recently.

Was initially have the occasion stop safely now (SSN) msg only when slowing down and car in EV mode and shuts off when < 30mph. It used to always turn back on again and able to drive a few more miles. Now  immediately gives SSN msg upon starting. Forescan gives a POA0A could which is high voltage system interlock (HVIL) “circuit A” open. Anyone have any further details on where to look for “circuit A”? Note that I did have the TSB performed about 10 years back for the harness wire overlay. Wire connections still look good and no signs of damage to the replacement wire they had installed. Anyone happen to have a wiring diagram for HVIL?
Prior to this code the car was driving great in both EV and ICE modes. Guessing it’s just an open in the HVIL “circuit A” somewhere. Any help would be appreciated. Photo also attached of all the codes.

thanks
