No-sync? Bluetooth? Can i has phone connectivity?

I don't personally own a fusion, sorry to disappoint all of you. However, my dad just picked one up yesterday as a company car (sales reps get all the cool cars these days i guess), and wants to connect it to his car, considering it has a phone button. I'm fairly sure this car doesn't have sync, because there is no evidence of it anywhere, nor a voice and tells you what to do or whatever. Is it possible to sync a phone to this system? Every time i hit the phone button, is says "NO PHONE FOUND" or something along those lines, and unlike the ford website suggests, i can't find a menu to access for this. Any ideas?

I doubt very highly a company car has Sync. If there is no Sync logo on the center console, then you are out of luck.

The cars without SYNC have the button on the radio but its useless

There is a hands free phone option called mobile ease for retrofit into 08 Fusion. But it is very expensive to do. Even more so when you caonsider that its about the same price as factory sync.
