Random Orange Wrench At Highway Speeds

Hello everyone. I own a 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 90k miles on it, and I have a very weird issue. I could drive my car all day, without any dash lights coming on, but this issue seems to happen only under very specific circumstances. Once I get onto the highway, and get up to speed, everything is fine. If I accelerate slowly from 70 mph, to 80 mph, everything will be fine. The issue is when speeding up at around 75-80 mph at about 3000-4000rpm, an orange wrench light comes on. Most of the time, no other lights come on, and no messages pop up. But on some occasions, my driver side blind spot detector will give a message saying the sensor is blocked, and my incoming traffic sensor will also give the same message. The performance of the car is fine, and it will run as normal. I was wondering if anyone has/or had this problem, and knows a way to fix the light from constantly coming on every time I am on the highway.

There is a Ford TSB 11-7-31 about this that i believe increases the coolant pump speed. Only Ford can do this.

That is good to know, I appreciate the reply! Would this be something costly to get fixed? What is a TSB exactly?

It's a a "Technical Service Bulletin". In this case  it's a software fix that takes about 15 minutes that they'll probably charge you for an hour if it is indeed the coolant pump.
