fun4u Report post Posted July 23, 2020 The three satellite channels on my Ford Synch radio are all locked because they are set to channels not included in my subscription. All controls are grayed out and inoperable. Four calls to Sirius customer support have not fixed the problem. I've also tried doing a full reset on Synch. fun4u Report post Posted July 23, 2020 Don't you just love it when you figure out the fix before anyone replies? After an hour on the phone with 3 different customer service techs at Sirius, and a call to Ford Customer Service, I was told by all that it couldn't be fixed. Soooo, sitting in the car today, I tried pressing the "scan" button and it fixed the problem! I now have all three Sat channels available to me. Hope this helps someone else. . . .
