What is the latest SYNC version that you can have on a FFH 2013?

I just checked and v3.10 is available for the 2014. I can't remember what the current version is though.

I also haven't seen updates in a long time.

 

v3.10 for MyFord Touch has:

• Hazard switch illuminates on Focus / Escape with ignition off and park lamps on
• Next Track / Previous Track controls from SYNC touchscreen
• SYNC Maintaining Repeat / Shuffle settings that were set on the device side
• Compatibility updates for the latest phone and media devices

Thanks a lot for your reply. I checked and it says I have the latest. I remember only updating it one time a few months after I bought my car.

Too bad, because I still have issues from time to time, especially with newer phones.

What kind of issues are you having with the phone?

I've used an iPhone since I got the car and no issues yet.

I have an Android. When using version 9 (Pie) I get random bluetooth disconnections. Audio breaks up some times, too, while listening to music. 

I've seen that problem with 2 different phones. I had to downgrade my phone and everything worked again.

 

Besides that, SYNC seems to reset every few months for not apparent reason. Not really an issue, but it would be nice that we could get updates with 

some fixes and maybe new features. As I said I only got one update since I bought my car just a few months later, and that was back in 2013.

I updated to 3.10 last night with no major issues.

I have the MyTouch screen.

 

Which version does your car currently have? Settings > Help > About (or something like that)

This is the Ford Owners Beta site and it seems to show updates that their normal Owners site doesn't display. You will need to enter you VIN to see if any update are available.
