Luron Report post Posted October 5, 2017 Hi everyone, I have a FFH '16 and for the last 3 times I just had the oil changes done by the dealership. I've been doing oil changes for all my cars for many years. I just did not want to crawl down there and removed the flash guard. Now I decided to do it. The question I have is that I heard Fusion uses rubber gasket for the oil drain plug instead of crush washers. Does that rubber gasket need to be replaced every oil change? I bought a box of 10 by Dorman. I just wanted to have them just in case I need to replace it. Please advise.Thank you. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
DeeCee Report post Posted October 6, 2017 `Not sure what the correct technical answer is, but if you already have ten of them, why not just go ahead and put ma new one on each time.
