Sync Customer Service Number 800-392-3673

Please call this number and complain if you are having issues with your Ipod or Zune with the infamous "USB Disconnected" issue. I have learned that a thumb drive works fine, but my Ipod Nano is a no go. I have also heard of issues with Zune and that is a MS product!

 

The more issues that are logged the faster we will get a update to the software.

No matter what time I call, I always get this "call back during normal buisness hours" message. I definatly am calling when someone should be there to answer. Is there a part of the menu other than the sync section to go to to complain?
