ceilidhdog Report post Posted September 22, 2015 I researched various floor mats for my 2013 FFH SE for several weeks. Serendipitously, I was about to order a set of Weather Techs yesterday when I got an email from the dealership where I bought my car. It offered a set of OEM all-weather floor mats for the Fusion for $95. I drove to the dealer and asked to see a set, but, of course, they had none in stock. I told the tech I didn't want to order them without seeing a set, and he said he'd order them and could send them back if I didn't like them. I picked them up this morning and installed them in the car. Because I bought the car at the dealership, they knocked off 10% and the total with tax was pennies under $90. My two cents: I think the mats are great. They're heavy rubber, fit like a glove, and look very nice. They have deep groves to hold liquids, and the Fusion logo is molded into both front mats. They cover exactly what the original mats covered, so they don't go as far up under the pedal as the Weather Techs and some other brands do. But, I figure if I spill something, it's going to go in my lap, not under my feet. I think they'll be fine for wet feet from melting snow, etc. 1 Wyotesthybrid reacted to this
hermans Report post Posted September 23, 2015 I had Weathertec in my 2013 FFH. I have Huskys in the MKZh and I had Aries 3-D in my Escape TI. I just traded in the Excape and ordered Aries 3-D for the MKC as of the three I really like the Aries the best. 1 Wyotesthybrid reacted to this
hybridbear Report post Posted September 28, 2015 I think they'll be fine for wet feet from melting snow, etc.We bought these for our car back in 2012. They work okay, but we've found that on the driver's side a lot of snow & salt still ends up on the carpet because of how small the mat is.
ceilidhdog Report post Posted September 28, 2015 I can see that. But I'm 5'8" with a 29" inseam. My feet don't go off the mat, so I'm not too concerned.
dalesky Report post Posted March 16, 2016 Just referring to the trunk, I have the Weathertec, and absolutely am pleased. Fit is perfect, plus they clean easily. I have carpeted mats inside, but for the trunk the Weathertec is the way to go.
