jeffo65 Report post Posted September 9, 2015 Not sure where to put this, so I figured this would be the best forum. I just attempted to log into the owner.ford.com web site to view a vehicle health report and kept receive the invalid username message. I just got off the phone with Ford and was told that last night they did an update and the web site is not fully operational at this time, but should be in a few hours. They said some new enhancements were made. Now I am interested to see what enhancements were made. Just thought I would post this for all. . 1 thavil reacted to this

GrySql Report post Posted September 10, 2015 (edited) Last night I clicked on a certain Help link and it sent me to an 'oops' page, couldn't find it. I then did use a 'Chat' session to find my answer, was told to call a telephone number and the option numbers, which I did while still in the 'Chat' window, the instructions didn't work so I told my Chat Rep, it was then explained that that Dept was closed for the day so the options were different - arrgh. The webpages still load half a page at a time and slow. One wonders what programming company can get paid to do work like this for a billion dollar international company.
