  1. I have a 2019 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium which was also a Ford CPO. I have four years left on my promotion and my car is still under original warranty. I used to use the My Ford app but it has been decommissioned and sends me to the Ford Pass app where my 3 other Fords are. After entering my VIN, it tells me that I have an electric Ford and need to use the decommissioned My Ford app. This is quite a fiasco. I used to be able to check my charge level, see if charging is completed, lock and unlock doors and start the vehicle among other things. I bought the vehicle from Ford with all those services. Ford needs to update my modem. Whatever deal Ford made with AT&T is between them. Ford needs to honor its deal with me.
