I did hear that i might have to change out those parts also. Not that i want to melt my Fusion to the ground or decapitate any children with my windows, but those are saftey features, not something required to make it work. I would probably only have to add those to the passanger side, the drivers window and the sunroof i would imagine already have those on it. I think i have decided to just stop trying to change it and just live with having to hold the button to roll the passanger window down/up.. thanks for all the input from everyone.

Guess that means no one has lowered their car. Im gonna be lowering it tomorrow.. so ill tell everyone how it goes, and ill try to get some pictures up.

I dont know, all i have managed to find out is that it would be expensive, and not an easy thing to do. It seems like it might just be an easy reprogramming and putting new switches in the front doors, but the vehicle is so new and the features are new to Fords. So not many tecnicians know much about modding them or changing out the switches. It makes sense to me that you could just add the feature to the computer and change the switches and it should work.. sounds pretty simple, but i dont work on the cars, i just write up service appointments...haha.

I installed 3000k HIDs in my foglights, and mounted the ballasts on the frame. I wouldnt recommend buying HIDs off eBay, i have heard they they might start to fail a lot sooner than if you pay the money for a real kit.. you get what you pay for. I personally wouldnt go cheap on HIDs because if they fail youll be going to buy more and having to install them again. Ill have to look at the box and ill give the website i bought mine from. Single is what you need, thats an H11.. Bi or Double, is for vehicles that have the High and Low beam in the same bulb.

I just got my H&R lowering kit, i havent put it on yet...waiting for the weather to get better. But i was wondering if anyone has lowered a 2010 yet with the 1.6 Front, 1.9 Rear lowering kit and if there is anything i need to know before i do it? Thanks.

I was hoping it would be easier, i really wanted to have one touch window on the passanger side..and Global Open. Oh well, Thanks for the info.

I work at a Ford dealership and i asked a few technicians and they didnt really know either, but one did say that it might just be the switch that controls it. But he also said that on Expeditions they have a entirely different motor and module, plus it might be in the computer system.. a few different things might need to be changed to make this work. I dont want to put a lot of money into it, i was really only interested if it would have been an easy, cheap mod... and its not looking like it will be.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about installing window switches off a 2011 into a 2010 to give you one touch down on the passanger side window. Also, if anyone knew about having Global Open put on so you can roll down the front windows and open the sunroof with the key FOB by unlocking twice. Both of these are stock features on the 2011 so i dont know how easy or difficult it might be to add this to a 2010.
