Dear _7858, You were absolutely correct! The salesman never had the service guys take out the dealer's alarm before I drove it off the lot. I could see the little sucker of an alarm under the driver's side dash. Of course, the dealer removed it free of charge. Thanks for the insight. -Paul

I just purchased a 2007 Fusion, and when the salesman started the vehicle, the horn chirped three times. I asked him about it, and he told me that it was a dealership security feature and that the horn would not chirp when starting the car off the dealership's property. I purchased the car, drove it home, and the horn still chirps, three times, when I start the vehicle. Anybody have any ideas on this? Thanks! Paul
