Hi, one of the first things I did was change my wiper blades. I shopped around and decided on buying the PIAA silicone blades on the net. They are pricey but very good......don't forget a very important element for a clear / clean windshield without juddering EVER is to have it treated with Rain/X or Aquapel treatment it will prolong the life of your blades X 3. PIAA Super Sporza Silicone w/Spoiler Wiper Blades (Black) Here is the link, they also look great with the spoiler like I bought.

Hey, sorry to hear about your front fender issue.......NOW I'M PISSED......cause now I know I'm not alone. I went to my dealer 2 weeks ago to show them this problem, they asked me what was my mileage. I told them around 42,000 K they answered back your not covered after 20,000K. This problem is caused by Ford's lack of delivering a quality product, the little details like finishing and adjustments are over looked and are done too fast. When it comes to warranty coverage they will do just about anything not to pay.........go figure.....they want us to buy domestic but they deliver sub-standard quality. So...."FORD QUALITY IS JOB NONE" sorry I love my Fusion but I'm very disappointed with Ford and their dealers.

Hey Guys, Yes there is one and only one available for the 2010 and it's called Razzi ground effects it's quite pricey but I like it very much. I'm tired of waiting for 3D Carbon or any others so, I will most likely order mine soon. I've been looking at the pictures for about 6 months now and the style kinda grew on me. Here's the link: http://www.carid.com/2010-ford-fusion-body-kits/

If it will help to put your mind at ease.....I had mine changed over a year ago and the problem did not return.....I'm happy to see it was not a reoccurring problem, good luck.

Roof Antenna ( Shark Fin Maybe????)
Snowball 2010 replied to Snowball 2010's topic in Audio, MyFord, Navigation & SYNC
I've had it for months now and it works perfectly.....the only difference is....it's a little more sensitive going under an overpass on the highway. Other than that I've had no problems what so ever. -
Hi blackcoffee, I know what you're talking about. I'm average height 5-9 and I was very upset with the headrest issue. Having said that, I've had my 2010 Fusion for over a year now and I am now accustomed with the headrest and I don't notice it anymore. But, for your petite wife, I don't know if she will ever get used to the headrest. I guess time will tell, good luck with your wonderful choice of ride. Ciao.

Hi Angelod, I'm trying to get info on your dash kit, I want to install it in my Fusion to go with my wheel skin I bought after seeing yours. It looks and feels great I added some padding under my wheel skin. So back to the dash kit, I called Auto Anything and they told me the brushed aluminium does not come in red, I understood that the one you have..... is. You also mentioned it's OEM. Can you tell me what the cost was and the item or catalog number. I bought previously a dash kit from Carid in 3D-carbon red not knowing what it looked like.....it looks terrible and I did not install it, plus it's non-returnable......I just lost 250.00$ unless I find someone that likes it and wants to buy it. pls get back to me or anyone that can help me. Thanks,

Hi angelod, I love your caliper covers, I had my eyes on those for a while now. It's nice to see them on a Fusion, I will be getting mine as soon as I get my new rims and tires. Good move and for fusionff also.

Hi Chris, Ohhhhh! those eternal dimples.......what to do?????? Well to answer your question, NO! but that's besides the point. It covers some and I will eventually try the stiff paint brush dabbing to see if it works. What I don't understand is, the guy who tinted my windows did the windshield up to the bottom of the rear view mirror like I asked him and the front dimples come out great, go figure? I just didn't go back to ask him to fix the back yet. I thought I would give it a try myself first. The rear window spoiler really enhances the back window and gives a real nice look, well worth the money, I think.

Hi Ktruba, Well I use Maguires on the outside for wax twice a year and a wax top up every so often, for the inside I have not used anything for the first year. You see I like the new car smell and I want to make it last. After a year I'll probably use Armoral. Now, there is one thing I highly recommend, the Maguires protection for headlight lenses and I put some on all exterior light lenses so they wont yellow and fade. Good luck and congrats.

Hey Chevy Guy, post a picture or two, we'd like to comment but without a picture it's kinda hard. Plus this would help others who might be thinking of buying one like me. Thanks,

Hi guys, I've been following this topic, not that I'm confused but I'd like to know how this turns out. I was always under the impression that you could only get replacement and/or doubles from the dealer, that is what I was told when I bought my 2010 Fusion. If that's not the case and you could get a double from a locksmith, well locksmiths are bonded here in Canada. That means that they are no allowed to duplicate any key that has a security code involved without proper identification. That means photo id, driver's licence and registration of the vehicle would be required, failure to provide id to the satisfaction of the locksmith would result in not getting a double done. Now, let's not be so naive, money talks. If there is a security system to keep thieves away, it doesn't take long for the antidote to come out on the market. Happy motoring to all!!!

drivers seat wear
Snowball 2010 replied to metallicred09's topic in Interior Trim, Seats, Seat Belts & Covers
Hi guys, I honestly don't understand. My car has a little over 24,000 kilometers thats over 15,000 miles and my seats including the driver's side is still band new. Maybe we should post pictures to compare and that might help make a convincing argument to a dealer?
