The LL at the end of a bulb number means Long Life. You pay more and supposedly can expect a long life for bulb with this suffix.

I found the Milan mats on Mercury Accessories's website for the price you mentioned. They were running a free shipping promotion so ordered them up. Should be here this Friday. Only one snow fall so far this season. I'm sure there will be others. Anyone order all weather floor mats for their MIlan? Are they the same size as the Fusion? I've seen about 4 different models listed. The most popular seem to be the Husky and Highland ones. I called two Mercury dealers and they had mats listed, but not availalable yet. I just wondered how well the other fit. Is it worth the extra money or do I go to Walmart.
