  1. lol No I just made her sit on trash bags and bagged her surroundings. jk
  2. Is anyone else planning on changing their tires if it snows? Curious to know which ones people will use? I'm in Kentucky and we normally just go to the gas guzzling trail blazer when it snows. But might need both vehicles this year.
  3. Just bought my FFH three weeks before we went on vacation with friends to Florida. We got to the condo 6 hours earlier than the others the desk would not give us the keys and my wife was sicker than a dog. That FFH kept it cool in the car and we had plenty of movies to watch. While it barely sipped the gas. It was then I realized how much I loved this car.
  4. That seems to be always my luck. The dealer made it sound like it was just effecting that dealership. Because I originally took it to the closest one and asked for a rental. They said I had to get the rental from the place I bought it. So I guess not only do you have to do your research on your purchase but also the place your purchasing it from. Thought all dealerships were the same. Sorry If I'm sounding negative. Really do love this car. First car ever where I have wanted to keep it for the long haul.
  5. Just as FYI. Here is the info on the TSB and the instructions on how it is fixed. TSB Number: 09-12-13
  6. I brought it in to the dealer ship today. Might be able to look at it tomorrow or Monday. From what I gathered from talking to them. They don't know anything about it. Told them about the the TSBs (Thanks!) and they said they would run a scan on it. As a side note: Dealership said they don't do rentals. Said that Ford does not allow them to do rentals anymore. Said they would call enterprise for me and I could get a rental for $23 a day. Got the Ford Focus. Miss the Fusion already.
  7. That's the same thing I was thinking. Although must not be wide spread (yet?) because this is the only place I have found that has mentioned it. You would think or at least hope that something deadly serious as breaks randomly going out. There would be some notice to owners making them aware of this problem and have some type of test to see if your car is defective. It happened to me with a little over 10k miles.
  8. Good to hear and I'm assuming this was covered under the warranty.
  9. The same thing just happened to me yesterday in my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid Any updates on if the fix worked? I'm calling the dealer tomorrow to have them check it out. One brake failure is one to many.
