Before I begin the workaround and make copies of my new CDs so the Fusion Jukebox can recognize them, has anybody had any success locating anybody at Ford, Sony, Navteq, etc. that offered a glimmer of hope that there would be a Gracenote update available without purchasing the $200 dollar navigation map update? Thanks.

Took a while, but now I know what happened. My company initiated new cell phone security, and didn't tell any of us. Now, instead of having an automatic connection from the cell phone to Sync when I start the car, the phone is asking me if I want to allow the connection and I have to click "yes". When I did not click "yes" the last few days, because I did not know Ithis was happening, the Sync was not connecting to the phone. At least I feel better that it is not the Fusion's fault.

Well, it looks like I spoke too soon. The phone worked this morning, but did not have a connection again on the way home. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks for all of the advice. I tried all of the suggestions from everyone, and none of them worked. Finally found a method on the Sync website that worked. I had to delete the pairing with Sync from my cellphone, remove the battery from the phone for five minutes, then reinstall the battery. Then remove the cellphone from the Sync system, then pair it with the cellphone again. From the number of posts on the Sync websites, this problem happens frequently.

Has anybody had this happen before? Suddenly my Sync tells me in the morning that there is no cellphone linked to it, even though I am using the same phone as in the past. The BlackBerry phone states that it has lost the handsfree connection to Sync. I tried disconnecting the Sync on the phone and pairing it up[ again, and that didn't help. I have tried connecting to the phone using the Sync controls, and that did not work. I don't know if this is a Sync problem or a BlackBerry problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Everything major has been covered, but I would like a locking glovebox and for the Sirius radio presets to show a short description of the content, i.e. #6 - Sixties, #100 - H. Stern, etc.

Did the $20 for 5 months include the Travel Link, or was it just for the music, talk, news, etc.? Thanks.

Has anyone had any success using the Sirius.com/FordRenew website to renew their subscription? I tried entering my radio's ESN and it comes up invalid. I called Sirius, and after waiting on hold forever, talked to a few people who don't speak much English. From what I was able to understand, it seems like the only way to renew my subscription to make my car radio my second radio for the "additional radio" discount is to let my car subscription completely expire and then call back to combine it with my home subscription. Some company.

Thanks for the advice. I cannot find a single site on the internet that describes purchasing non-legit Ford ESP from a dealer. The website will save me quite a bit over the dealer.

Just picked up my FFH on Wednesday, and I could use some advice regarding the Extended Service and Maintenance plans. I'd like to buy both, and have gone to the various websites noted on this forum for selling them at large discounts. When I mentioned the competing prices to my dealer to see if he'd care to match them, he said that Ford has had problems with these dealers and their sales practices and that the warranties might not be completely legit. Of course I don't know if this is true or just dealer claims so that he can make the sale. Anyway, he came down to a few hundred dollars more than the websites on each plan. Does anyone have any experience with these discounted dealerships and their plans? Are they totally legit, or are they something Ford is going to somehow mess with and screw up my coverage? Thanks in advance for your help.
