  1. I figured out what the problem was. My blackberry still had the bluetooth connection session on. I rebooted the phone and turn off the car. When i locked the doors and went away, the bluetooth session got disconnected and finally the hung session was broken. After that, everything went back to normal. I just freaked out, driving from Manhattan to Queens with the sound maxed out and not knowing how to turn it off gave me the worst migraine. People on the street were looking at me puzzled, the sound was just SO LOUD, they thought i was deaf or crazy. Anyway, thanks for your help.
  2. Hello all, I am hoping someone could help me. I was driving the Fusion today and I was on phone talking to my parents (via bluetooth) when all of a sudden, the phone connection broke. The car turned the radio back on and the volume of the speakers were mysteriously maxed out. The panel under the dashboard screen where all the buttons are was non responsive anymore. I could not adjust the volume and clicking on the MAP, DEST or any other buttons would not respond. The volume control on the steering wheel was also not responsive. When this happened, I immediately pulled my car over and turn off the engine. However, when I started the car again, the radio went back on with the volume maxed out and there is nothing i can do to lower the volume or to shut down the radio. I had to drive 4 miles with the volume maxed out, I have the worst headache now. Please, does anyone know how to reset the Sync system? Thanks for your input.
