I have had my Merlot '06 3.0 Fusion for almost 2 years now. And I have decided to upgrade my 6-disc/mp3, 6 speaker stereo. The speakers are not the problem. I have the new Head Unit and bracket. All fits fine. Just wondering, What kind of wiring harness and antenna adapter I need to use. Also my Head Unit says I need to bend up tabs on the sleeve to make sure it stays secure in the bracket. Does it matter which tabs? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds complicated. The most i've done is replace speakers. I'm new to wiring. Would it just be easier to have a professional do this? Or is this something i would be able with detailed instructions?

I want to get rid of my rear door speakers and upgrade to 6x9s on the rear deck. My problem is that i don't know how to run the speaker wire from the rear doors into the trunk. If anyone could help me out that would great. I have a stock head unit, no amp, no sub just want the boost of 6x9s instead of 5x7s. Thanks
