Static aligment on the rack is probably fine as you indicated you had two alignments. I suspect something is moving out of alignment during driving conditions. Check the rear control arm bushings, rear shocks and make sure the rims are true and in balance.

protective film cover?? Where do you get it and approximate price..
TomV replied to cindyh's topic in Body Exterior
I ordered and installed mine from invisiblemask.com It turned out pretty good for a first timer... but I'd like to redo the hood since there are a couple dirt spots I can see. The problem with invisiblemask.com is their non existant customer service will not return any of emails or calls. So be prepared to order only. -
Try to find a purse with a foil liner to block the signal. ;)

I'm going to try tapping into the dome light / moon roof circuit up under the headliner. -
Windshield question - 2006 Fusion
TomV replied to Blokie's topic in Glass, Headlights, Fog lamps, Lenses & Window Tint
My 2009 Fusion glass is the same way. What I've been wondering is whether the 2010 Fusion, Milan and MKZ glass is reshaped or stayed the same dimension? Reason being is the new Lincoln MKZ is supposed to have an acoustic laminated windshield with a layer of sound-absorbent vinyl between two sheets of glass. So if my windshield ever cracks or chips, I'd consider spending more and get one of these installed. -
My high-pressure relief valve puked refrigerant and dye all over the oil filter and exhaust at 5K miles. Smelled like anti-freeze was leaking. Any way the dealer replaced the valve and recharged the system. A/C seems much cooler now.

The center dash section in the pictures above are 2010 layouts.

I sometimes feel the same way about mine.
