Most likely is a bad VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) -
I was thinking Gen 3 SHO seats :D

Are others still experiencing this? Both rear door handles in my wife's 06 SEL are broken. I am having a hard time finding any Fusion's at any junkyards.
