  1. I changed my mind and am not going to get the Ultra Grip's. Going to get Semperit Speed Grips instead. Semperit is owned by Continental and the Semperit's are made in Germany. Apparently they are very well received in Europe and have a good reputation. They are new to Canada. They are supposed to be very good if you do a lot of highway driving with mixed conditions. On top of it they are a lot less money than the Ultra Grip's as well as the Dunlop Winter Sport 3D. http://www.conti-online.com/generator/www/...ed_grip_en.html
  2. I live in Ontario and my job takes me from one end of the province to the other. I experience a lot of different mixed winter conditions with 90% highway driving. I am going to pick up either a set of Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D's or Goodyear Eagle Ultra Grip GW-3's sized at 205/60R16 on steelies for my SEL AWD. A good friend of mine who's got a Mazda 6 loves his Eagle Ultra Grip's. Good ride comfort, nice handling, great wear and they are pretty quiet for winters.
