It is nice that you have been monitoring this website, but I have had the problem since November, reported it several times and still nothing on the syncmyride website about it. It would keep the frustration level down if there was some information and assurances that someone was working on a solution. I called again two weeks ago and the first person I talked with had never heard of the issue. I told them to try a Google search and they could have some fun. I was then transferred to "Level 2" or "Tech Support" or something and was told that they had knowledge of it, but "it did not seem to be very wide spread". See Google again. I was assured that Ford was trying to come up with a solution. I called today for an update and was told that Ford was working on the issue, but once again, there is no estimated time for a solution. Supposedly if you have called and reported it and have a Reference number, you will be contacted when a solution is available. I really like the fact that I paid extra for an option that has not been corrected in over 4 months. And Ford wonders why they keep falling further behind. I am a Ford guy with 2 current Ford products, but think I may go Honda next time. My other Ford (2001 Sportrac) just recently received its 4th or 5th Recall. 800-967-4033 is the sync support line. The more people that call it, hopefully the faster we will get a fix.
