Hi everybody
I recently started hearing a loud noise in the vehicle's transmission sector (not permanent). When I took it to the mechanic, he told me that the transmission's external auxiliary pump got stuck and the sound is the oil clogging that cannot get out of the transmission to go to the cooling system. When looking for a replacement for the external auxiliary pump, I find that no dealer receives my order because they say that it is a product that is in Backorder and there is no production date.
I'm renting another car because I can't stop going to work but I can't go on like this. Does anyone know if the same oil pump is used by another vehicle other than the Ford Fusion or Ford C-Max so I can search for it with other dearlers.
Please help to me.
P.S. I'm so desperate that used in good condition it could be a viable solution, in case anyone knows where I could locate it.
