Hi, Just wanted to say that for my Ford fusion se 2013 (not hybrid though) Same radio, navigation rear camera, same issue, same symptoms exactly the same thing. I was reading through your thread, I was really scared I would have to change the apim, whatever that is. I removed fuse 32 and 33. Waited 30sec.put them back in. The radio booted back and everything is back to normal. Just in case someone is also reading this thread. I'm glad you documented your journey. Who knows how long my radio will last before I need to replace it.
