I find it a bit peculiar that Ford seems to have invented an in-between premium sound system between the base SE 9 speaker system and the sony 12 speaker system just for the Energi SE.
But I have an opportunity for a pretty good deal on a 2018 energi SE, and sound is important to me, so I was wondering if anyone knew how the 11 speaker system compared to the 9 speaker system of the regular SE or the 12 speaker sony system of the titanium. Is it a totally different head unit? Is it the 9 speaker system plus two speakers? Is it the sony system minus one speaker?
In general, how big a difference do you think there is between the 9 speaker hybrid SE system and the 12 speaker sony system?
