"Battery Power Saver System Off". What is this?

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion had to replace battery 2 times I do get message on screen saying battery saver off. I don't drive this everyday maybe once a wk but do start it up. Had to charge it with a charger to many times. Ford said it needs to be driven more that's why thus is happening. Very disappointed with the car I use to enjoy. Will be selling as soon as it's paid off and new title comes.
