Installed Hitch for Bike Rack

Hello. I have a question and sorry if it's not exactly for this forum. I have a 2015 Ford Fusion SE. I'm looking for a bike rack. Can trunk bike racks be used on these cars (with a spoiler)? I just got a bike (used) and want to get into biking. It's a Specialized Hardrock Sport. I've never had a bike rack before so trying to learn as go. So any suggestions and tips are welcome. Thank you in advance.
