    Helping a friend with a 2017 Fushion that has been sitting for 2 months. Plugged in the charging cable and no lights are lit where cord plugs into car. Power is good from 120 volt circuit. 12 volt battery likely dead. Do I need a charged 12 volt battery to charge the hvb ?
