  1. I don't see it as a "drawback." I see it as an additional option so I can decide how I want to use the energy available to me. The left display allows me to monitor how much battery energy is going into the environmental systems, etc. But, I've only had it a month so I'm still learning... I do love the EV only mode...smooth, quiet, never have to go to gas stations AND my electric bill came yesterday so I know for a fact it's very economical!
  2. Murphy: I'm right behind you ? Totally agree with your comments about EV. PLUS: I'm in process of moving to my "retirement" house in NC and want to put up some solar panels to power my car for local driving. Would appreciate any recommendations you may have. Many Thanks & Cheers Speed
  3. Bought 2019 Energi Titanium with 15k miles (lease return). LOVE IT! Have had it 4 weeks. Took a 1,500 mile trip (yes, had to put gas in it) and have been doing my local daily driving in EV only (DC metro area). Learning a lot! Also have ScanGuage 2 (4.06) but haven't found the posts that describe how to program it. My girlfriend loves it too but she thinks I'm nuts to drive around in winter with the HVAC off! Would like to buy second charge cord to keep at her house...recommendations?
