  1. This is my third Fusion Hybrid. First one was a 2010, the second a 2011, both had the 2.5 Atkinson engine and were amazing smooth. My new one is a 2019 Titanium with about 30k, it has the 2.0 engine.. It’s a much rougher running engine than the previous 2. Just curious if there were any other owners that owned the older models as well and what their feelings were the engine smoothness. I had a 2018 Hybrid Titanium long term rental (6 month) back in 2018, and didn't remember it being a rough running engine. Trying to determine if it’s normal, or if there’s something I can do to smooth it out. Thanks Jeff
  2. I have a 2019 Fusion Hybrid 2.0 engine with 28k miles. I’ve heard about a lot of issues with coolant intrusion on the 2.0 eco boost. When I looked up the TSB 22-2229, my Fusion model was listed. Does anyone know if there are any known issues with this in the Fusion Hybrid? After doing some research I was able to determine the engine blocks that failed were the “Cleveland” variant, and the upgraded block has a VEP designation supposedly meaning it comes from Spain. My Hybrid engine has CHEP on the sticker, supposedly designating that it is from the Chihuahua engine plant. Is this a different or upgraded block, or am I prone to the same issues of the Clev 2.0 eco boost issues. Thanks jeff

  4. I had the same issue and was racking my brain trying to figure it out without much luck. After reading this post i took a chance, and changed the passenger side mount. While removing the old one i discovered it was completely broken, but you couldn't tell when it was installed. 100% improvement with the new mount.
  5. Just wanted to thank you for the follow-up on your post about the motor mount being the fix.  I had been chasing a vibration for awhile and after seeing your post decided to change the mounts.  All is well again.  Might have still been looking if i hadnt found your post...thx.

  6. Did you ever find the cause? Dealing with a vibration/rough running myself, and looking for direction.
